Besides love and of course sex as you can see in the poster, it also shows the cutthroat pharmaceutical industry during the time that Viagra created a big hoohah.
Great chemistry by the two very likable leads - Anne Hathaway gave a stunning performance as a carefree woman who unfortunately was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's disease.
Big pharmaceutical names like Pfizer were used in the movie and although it's clearly not the usual product placement featuring, I'm sure their buy-in to this was sought before this movie was filmed (especially for Pfizer since they're like everywhere in the movie).
