So as some might know, I flew direct to Taipei for a really short trip (3D2N) after Tokyo.
And why it was so rushed and short is all because of this lifestyle/music festival - Simple Life.

My flight to Tokyo was booked in June at a very good promo rate and because it was pretty last minute that i decided to go to Taipei, the flight amendment cost me quite bit of $$.
Well.. I told myself that money can be earned back and it was really less painful, psychologically. :p
And so, what brought me there was really the concept of the festival and the idea of watching lots of my favorite singers performing across two days in such a cool event - and I meant both the weather and the venue.
My 1st time watching her live and she's the main reason why the $$ spent is really worth it!
The biggest pre-trip catalyst - Ms Tian Fu Zhen a.k.a Hebe.
I'm not a fan of Tizzy Bac before Simple Life but i ended up buying one of their live concert album after watching them perform. They're a really good band!
And at the end of the day, it was money well-spent cos it was really a nice experience and since Simple Life happens every two years, I might just find myself in Taipei again in two years' time :)
