Japan Japan!

Day 6 (3 Dec) - Last minute shopping works for once!

Last day in Tokyo for me.

We decided to do our last minute shopping at Makuhari's Mitsui Outlet Park.
Managed to get some good grabs at the small outlet park (compared with the huge one at Gotemba).

Spent about S$300 on 1 wallet, 1 bag and 2 pouches at agnès b - first time feel so shiok shopping! :D

Kate Spade fans can also expect to get some really good buys here also.

And as we left Makuhari, we saw a huge crowd outside the railway station and we later found out that it was due to a service disruption at the railway, think it's some accident cos we saw some rescue team workers around.

After some advice by the station staff, we were told to take a bus to another train station but the bus queue was really too long to wait and so we took a cab instead.
What's amazing is that despite the service disruption, there wasn't much of a commotion and everyone just queued orderly for the bus.

We ended our day at Asakusa where we get to see the oldest temple in Tokyo - Senso-ji.

And we read that there's this street in Asakusa where beer crates were used as table at this restaurant and although we found it but in the end, we had our dinner at this Chinese restaurant. Yes, my last meal in Japan is Chinese food :P
