Players attempt to collect 3 complete sets of cards representing the properties from the board game, either by playing them directly, stealing them from other players, or collecting them as rent for properties they already own. The cards in the 110-card deck represent properties and wild cards, various denominations of Monopoly money used to pay rent, and special action cards which can either be played for their effects or banked as money instead.
This simple card game is whole lot of fun!
Very simple rules and you can almost pick it up in one or two games. Requires a little thinking but not so much that you need to squeeze dry your brain juice.
If you run out of activities to do over the weekend, just pack this in your bag, get a few friends and you are set for a good deal of Monopoly fun :)
And if you have a party of more than 6, just mix two sets of cards and it'll become a party game! :D
