First Christmas @ Woodlands Clubhouse

My Christmas celebration for this year started earlier than usual.
Last Saturday, we had our very first Christmas celebration at Woodlands Clubhouse! :)

Let me first introduce the clubhouse.

There's lots of things you can do in the clubhouse - Wii, board games, mahjong, movies.. even holding a LAN party is no problem!
And there's a nice big sofa (which i ever slept on till the next morning), big bean bags.. Free flow of plain water. Clean toilet.
All this at Woodlands Clubhouse! No membership fees required!
The only prerequisite is... You must be a friend of Gin/Greg :)

Gin & Greg hosted 14 of us in their house for a Christmas celebration and we had a night of fun playing Cranium and Wii. And since it's Christmas, the season to give and share, we also did a gift exchange.

Food for the party! Pretty decent food from Four Seasons catering.

Playing Cranium in a group of 16 people is real fun!
We are split into teams of fours and the game about 5 hours and the end result was almost a tie!

If anyone says Wii is a good partying game, please tell them that Cranium is even better!

Here's why Cranium beats Wii:

- You get to interact with real humans and not trying to control some animated characters.

- If you still prefer to control.. Sideshow in Cranium lets you puppet your team-mate! :D

- You get to expand your vocabulary (Some new words learnt: frangible, expectorate).

- You'll discover hidden talents amongst your friends.

- You are really using your brain.

And most importantly.. You only need one board game to engage 16 people.
I doubt Wii will ever be able to support 16 game controllers!

Hopefully Cranium will gain more popularity, then we'll have a Singapore version of Cranium and it'll be even more fun!

p/s: Chairman/Vice-Chair: More Cranium parties please! :D
