Dessert Bowl is on the 2nd level of one stretch of the shophouse at Serangoon Gardens which i really cannot recall which stretch :P
As the name suggests, they sell desserts - hot & cold.
They have a wide variety of desserts and I think the egg custard with mixed fruits was rather unique :)
Not bad, if you're in Serangoon Gardens and want some nice dessert, can come here.
The only thing that was irritating me, was that they were playing Jay Chou's concert. Like Jay Chou's atrocious singing is not enough, they have to make it worse by using lousy sound system. Terrible -.-
