It has been a long long time since i last stepped into Serangoon Gardens, quite 'amazing' since it's so near to my house.
So on New Year's Day, together with my best buddy in Northeast area, we landed in Serangoon Gardens :)
I've always wanted to try the food at this place.
This restaurant has been around for the longest period of time but because the exterior looks so dark, you can't really tell what's going on in the restaurant.
Upon stepping in, we found out that the place was almost full house!
They have a Executive Dinner set which costs only $18.80+!
What you get is - Choice of Appetizer, Choice of Soup, Choice of Main Course, Choice of Dessert, Choice of Drink. Sounds like a good deal, isn't it?
But actually, the appetizer, dessert and drink are nothing worth mentioning.
The thing to look out for is the soup & main courses.
Borsch soup is one of their famous dish.
It tastes really very original and homely and the beefy taste is very shiok too :)
For main course, I had Sirloin steak and it was yummmmy!
Look at the margarine on top!
Totally unhealthy but don't care! :)
And best buddy in Northeast area had Fish and Chips.
The presentation is nothing to wow about but the fish is good!!
I must say the seasoning for the fish is pretty unique.
Really value for money. Must go again! :D
