Toy Story 3

As Andy prepares to depart for college, Buzz, Woody and the rest of his loyal toys are troubled about their uncertain future. Directed by Lee Unkrich (co-director of "Toy Story 2" and "Finding Nemo"), "Toy Story 3" is a comical new adventure that lands the toys in a room full untamed tots who can't wait to get their sticky little fingers on these "new" toys. It's pandemonium as they try to stay together, ensuring "no toy gets left behind." Meanwhile, Barbie comes face to plastic face with Ken (yes, that Ken).

This is my first Toy Story movie and i must confess that i didn't know that Woody and Jessie are suppose to be toys.. I seriously thought they were the humans and the rest were the toys :P

This movie is awesome.
I have reservations about such blockbuster cartoon movies and in fact, i'm never a fan of it. But this movie really did it and goes way beyond my expectations.

The fantastic animation aside, what makes the movie remarkable is really the simple yet powerful message that it was bringing across. The story revolves around dealing with loss and persevering for things that really matters to you.

The Pixar team is really brilliant at striking a good balance in the movie by injecting the right amount of each element to make this movie a classic.

And about the toys, Ken and Barbie stole quite a fair big of limelight from Woody and Buzz Lightyear. The two characters are illustrated so well. Buzz stole it back after a reset was done and Mr Potato Head also enjoyed his five minutes of fame.

If you haven't catch this, go watch it and if you're the sort who'll cry at movies, prepare tissues/hankies cos this movie will really make you cry.
