It's like going APRIL soon! :D
Very looking forward to my Taiwan trip.. but that's in end July.
So i hope each month passes by fast fast fast!!
The nearer i am to my Taiwan trip will also mean that
i am nearer to completing a year of service at work.
I hope i have the endurance to stay past one year.
Like as usual.. People say i m job-hopping upon hearing my unwillingness to stay on..
But... If you don't like your job, in fact you hate it..
Your boss ain't exactly the person you can look up to, nor a person that you can convince yourself to work hard for.
Our team just shrunk from 4-man to 3-man strong.
I don't think there's another bank with such a small team handling such a big portfolio.
And with such a weak team and because we don't have a proper person to head the team, i don't see how there's going to be any improvement within the near future.
There's really nothing that i can convince myself to stay on..
And the main thing is..
Such an unambitious person like me, working in a bank..
It's just not going to work out..
So, why stay on for long? Can anyone justify for me?
