Was chatting with this Taiwan friend of mine late last night and
i was telling her how i dread the coming of Monday after a long evil cny holiday..
Not that i celebrated cny massively over the four days,
slacked at home for a good 70% of the time.
But well, as usual.. I was just being lazy.
So ya, she mentioned that once i earn enough $,
i'll not have to work for the rest of my life anymore.
And i said.. I think i won't have much time left in the world after i earned enough.
This reminds me of my Financial Advisor (also my friend).
She asked.. At what age i intend to retire?
How much $ i foresee myself spending each month when i retire?
And the usual questions, you know.
We came to this world with nothing.
And when we leave, we'll leave with nothing too.
But we'll spend decades of our life working in order to keep ourselves alive
and also hopefully to save enough to see us through the day that we become nothing again.
Life is such a lame cycle.. Isn't it?
