Found out that GV's rotating shift can mean back to back shift.
I just got a bad shift timing on Sat leading to Sunday.
Sat: 1545 to 0030
Sun: 0900 to 1820
So.... I'm what? Robot?
0030 knock off means earliest i can reach home is close to 2am,
by the time settle and get to sleep will be earliest 3am?
0900 start work means i gotta wake up at 7.15am.
So... they think 4 hours is ample sleep for a staff and they
expect the staff to perform at his/her best with 4 hours of sleep?
Asked about why i've such roster and
the ass who planned the roster said:
"我們這裡做工是這樣的...
I can work till 3, 4am and next day come in at 9am."
Like what the hell lor!
Not everyone is a robot like her lor!
And is that how a manager should 'motivate' a new employee?
I can't even convince myself that i can work that kinda timing.
In future, i am suppose to plan the staff's roster.
I don't think i can roster my staff with this kinda timing man.
They can say shortage of manpower and all the shit.
But the fact that this is happening is bad enough..
And i don't think my staying will contribute to helping salvage the problem.
I don't want to stay in a place that will give me 'no life' except for a 'working life'!
Seriously, i don't want and i AM NOT job-hopping.
By why do i have such bad luck?!
I think i need to 打小人 and maybe go pray in the temple -.-
