And today, i forgot to charge my mp3 player yet again.
So anyway, i was kinda 'entertained' by kids this morning.
Scenario 1: In the NEL
Two kids, one about 4, the other about 6.
They are brothers with their young mum, maybe in her early 30s.
The mum was on the phone talking about work stuff..
Younger boy was eating fishball and beside him was this other passenger.
The woman got the "I hate kids" look.
Then younger boy dropped a small piece of the fishball on the floor.
The small piece of fishball landed just next to her left foot.
Woman stared at him, younger boy looked at her innocently.
Woman gave annoyed look.
I was like "wtf... he's just a kid lor. and he didn't purposely drop it lor"
Older boy was very well-behaved when his mum was on the phone.
Once the mum was off the phone, he like so happy.
Then showed his mum something on his wallet.
Mother took out a piece of paper and a pen.
Folded the paper and told him to spell some words
Older boy's happy face changed.
Started to throw small temper but was really small and fast.
Mum said "只是一些簡簡單單的字。"
Then after that, he also no choice.
And he said: "You give me the simpler ones first ok?"
Inside me: *Laughing* So cute leh! Wahahhaah!
Conclusion: If you are a kid, never be stucked with your mum in the train.
Scenario 2: On Chinatown streets, on my way to office.
CNY approaching, a lot of schools are bringing children to Chinatown for excursion.
First group i saw today was this group of kids from some PAP childcare.
Really BIG group.. Like at least 50 of them.
But only 3 pathetic teachers taking them.
One teacher asked: "What's the color of the Chinese New Year clothes?"
I was like "what kinda question is this lor.. CNY can wear a lot of colors lor.."
All the kids answered: "RED!!!"
Me: *dumbfounded* Teacher teaching kids to stereotype -.-
2nd group was kids from the french school near my house.
It's a big school with kids from different age groups.
The group i saw was also like 5 to 6 yr old kids.
So this group, is REALLY small.
Like only 15 of them at most but got like 3 teachers with them too!
One kid was holding on to digicam and taking what he saw.
Conclusion: French school is rich and PAP is damn poor -.-
