So after all the hoohah and controversy about
IRs or rather casinos in Singapore, it's finally firmed!
There'll be two IRs in Singapore by 2010.
Las Vegas Sands won for Marina Bay.

Genting Int'l and Star Cruises won for Sentosa.
Both resorts are targeted to open by 2010.
That's like three years time!
Singapore will be more exciting!!
I guess will be la.. With the success in Genting
and Las Vegas, i guess it'll be exciting!
I ain't that excited with Marina Bay's project but
Sentosa seems exciting with Universal Studios! :D
Imagine.. In 2010, we'll have our own Universal Studios!!
Hong Kong got Disneyland, we got Universal Studios!!
We can have our short getaway in Singapore itself!!
Some people may think that the casino will bring in other
social problems. But i don't think it'll be so drastic.
Singapore is a really small country, so it's relatively
easier to manage compared to other countries.
So.. Be positive! Hopefully these two projects will make
Singapore a less boring place in three years time!
