We had a late dinner at Bakerzin.
Gifts were exchanged and yet another year that
Sean picked me to be the person to buy for.
But this year, he is smarter in the choice of gift :)
Salmon salad, Roasted Beef, Oreo Cheesecake
Naming the usual suspects....
So after that..
we headed to Xue's house where the real party begins.. *hiakz*
As usual, we played lotsa games:
Game 1 - Indian Poker
1. Everyone pick a card from the deck.
2. Place it on your forehead to let everyone else see.
3. Can choose to change card based on the 'advice' of the rest.
3. Sabo lor. Pour Chivas, green tea or add potato chips.
4. Smallest number have to eat and drink the stuff.
Quoting my bro, this game made us look dumb.
You'll just die without knowing why
cos you have no control over winning or losing!
Our Xmas must-have drink!
Game 2 - The Spastic Potato Chip in my Face Game
1. Put the potato chip on your forehead.
2. Make face expressions to make the bloody chip go down your face.
3. Try to catch it with your mouth!
This was a random game.
We saw it on TV on a Taiwan variety program.
And since we have Pringles, we started playing.
And yah... really spastic!!!
Game 3 - Calling Name
1. Names were exchanged. (e.g. Mary is Tom and Tom will be Mary)
2. Everyone will take turns to flip a card from the deck.
3. If you get a same number as someone, you'll have to 'call' the person.
4. Failure to call out or if you called the wrong name, DRINK LA!
We played with two decks of cards.
This game is fun after some drinks ;)
And the game advanced into different themes
like MRT stations, fruits, horoscope, days of the week.
Game 4 - Tempo Tempo Tempo Tempo
1. Everyone clap to four tempo in a specific pattern.
2. Someone will start by calling a person's name followed by a number (1 to 4).
3. The person being called will have to respond according to the tempo
and the number shouted.
4. Repeat steps until someone screw up and DRINK!
As the name suggests, tempo is important for this game.
It's a game where you cannot learn with words alone, you have to see it! *hee*
