two sides (maybe more than that too)

we always hear about people saying that there are
two sides to a coin, listen to both sides of the story blah blah blah..
meaning there's always different perspectives, different angle of views.

look at this picture:

what do you see from it?
alphabets?? a picture??

this is actually the logo that a taiwan music award is using.
the theme is "Music O-R-Z" and it actually means
adoring music so much that you are on all fours.

hmmm......

and something interesting here:

http://www.boingboing.net/2005/02/07/all_about_orz.html

"Orz" is a popular symbol, a pictograph, a fun stuff, a strong meme, a fashion and even a subculture in Far East Asia since last year. It's originally from japan and spread soon to other countries such as China and Taiwan. It illustrates a guy facing left and kneeling on the ground, the "o" means the head, the "r" means the hands and the body while the "z" means the legs. People use this pictograph to show they failed and they are despair or in a sad mood ("??" in Chinese or japanese Kanji) in the Internet. People often not read "orz" out, but spell it out in ordinary conversations.

so they do have a background of what it actually means and how it comes about!

so now, there's two sides to how u view orz!!!
whether you want it to mean that
you really adore something so much, you are on all fours
or you are despaired and in a sad mood.

anyway, here's the link to a quite duh song from the website: ORZ Anthem

enjoy la~~ =P
